Refund policy

Returns

Any product that is shipped can be returned for a credit or product within 14 days of the day the order was shipped - if it has not been used. Additionally, all shipping charges are non refundable. Any used product returned will be discarded and no refunds will be credited.

Missing Items must be reported within 2 days of receiving order.  

No addresses changes are allowed.  If you wish to change the destination, you will need to cancel the order and place another one with the desired destination address.

All packages (except USPS First Class) are sent with signature required.  If package is returned to us, we will charge you to redeliver the package.  If the package is sent back to us due to not being at the destination address and you wish to get a refund, you will not be refunded the shipping cost.

Replacements

If you have any issues with our products, please email us photos and we will address the issue. We want to make sure you're satisfied as our customer and will go above and beyond to keep you happy.
